ORDERS
An order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud, and we refund in full if we do.
PRICES
All prices are in United States dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free. Prices can change, but never after you have ordered.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Fixtures are 120V with a standard E26 socket unless the listing states otherwise. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the physical item. Bulbs are sold separately unless stated.
INSTALLATION
Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Fabi Lighting and may not be reproduced without permission.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
Czech law, with the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections under the law of your own country of residence.
CHANGES
We can change these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
