ORIGIN
All fixtures ship from a fulfilment warehouse in the United States. Orders travel domestically.
TIMES Processing one to two business days, transit three to six business days, four to eight business days in total. Orders placed after 14:00 EST ship the next business day. No weekend or federal holiday dispatch.
DESTINATIONS
The forty-eight contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed when the order leaves the warehouse. If three business days pass with no tracking, email support@fabiandco.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED
Report within seven days of the delivery date with photographs of the box and the fixture. We replace at no cost.
