WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM
Our fixtures are held in a warehouse in the United States. Your order ships domestically, which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Processing: 1 to 2 business days. Transit: 3 to 6 business days. Total: 4 to 8 business days from order to door. Orders placed after 14:00 EST ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or United States federal holidays.
TRACKING
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it has been three business days and you have no tracking number, write to support@fabiandco.com and we will find out why.
WHERE WE SHIP
All fifty United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Photograph the box and the fixture before you do anything else, then send the photos to support@fabiandco.com within seven days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost. Do not return a damaged item before contacting us.
VOLTAGE
Every fixture is 120V with a standard E26 socket, correct for United States homes. Bulbs are sold separately unless the listing says otherwise.
