HOW TO RETURN
Email support@fabiandco.com with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label within one business day. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Once the warehouse receives it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
Photograph the box and the fixture and email the photos to support@fabiandco.com within seven days of delivery. We ship a replacement at no cost and you do not need to return the damaged item first.
WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT
Fixtures that have been installed and wired, items missing original packaging or mounting hardware, and anything reported more than sixty days after delivery.
EXCHANGES
Email us and we will send a prepaid label for the return and place the new order at the same time, so you are not waiting twice.
REFUND OF SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing to refund. Return shipping is on us.
