HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Four to eight business days in total. One to two days to process, three to six days in transit. Everything ships from our warehouse in the United States.
WILL THIS WORK IN MY HOME?
Yes. Every fixture is 120V with a standard E26 socket, the American standard. Nothing needs an adapter or a converter.
ARE BULBS INCLUDED?
No, unless the product page says so. Our fixtures take standard E26 bulbs available at any hardware store. We do this so you can choose your own colour temperature.
DO I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN?
Plug-in table and floor lamps: no. Hardwired pendants, chandeliers and sconces: we recommend one, and in some places it is required. Budget 100 to 250 dollars for professional installation of a hardwired fixture.
CAN I RETURN IT?
Sixty days from delivery, for any reason. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. We pay the return label.
WHAT IF IT ARRIVES BROKEN?
Photograph the box and the fixture, email the photos to support@fabiandco.com within seven days, and we will send a replacement. You do not pay anything and you do not send the broken one back first.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Not yet.
CAN I SEE IT IN PERSON?
We are online only, which is part of how the pricing works. Sixty-day returns exist for exactly this reason.
